Centuries of Bordeaux Terroir Mastery
Bordeaux winemaking is an art governed by geography, maritime climate, and centuries of empirical observation. The convergence of the Garonne and Dordogne rivers moderates temperatures, while deep gravel beds provide ideal drainage and heat retention for classic varieties.
Our winemaking philosophy centers on parcel-specific harvesting, minimal cellar intervention, and disciplined blending that yields expressive balance between fruit purity and ageworthy tannic structure.

Appellations of Provenance
Terroir: Clay-limestone hillsides & alluvial terraces
Supplying the vibrant fruit vitality, fresh aromatic elegance, and rounded Merlot richness central to Marquis de Sian and Clarolys.
Terroir: Dense gravel beds & sun-exposed ridges
Governed by stricter yield limits and extended aging requirements, lending dense color and structure to Marquis de Lesplaces.
Terroir: Deep clay & mineral-rich limestone plateau
Infusing velvety texture, dark plum complexity, and supple tannic foundations across our signature cuvées.
Partnerships Built on Mutual Respect
CDEMR does not purchase bulk distressed wine on the open market. Instead, we forge direct, long-term partnerships with established independent châteaux and dedicated viticultural estates in France.
From budbreak to bottling, our enological liaisons work alongside local vignerons. This collaborative model pairs multi-generational cellar mastery with our international quality standards and market-specific packaging design.
